The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, as it is within walking distance of the city market and just steps away from a busy tram stop. The rooms are beautifully designed and impeccably maintained, providing a high standard of comfort. The staff at the hotel are friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a special experience for guests. the breakfast provided is delicious and offers a wide variety of options.
There were some minor issues with the refurbishment, such as rough finishes in paint and wallpapering, which lacked attention to detail.

The hotel's cleanliness was excellent, with spotless rooms and public areas. The hotel facilities were great, with a comfortable lounge area and a nice breakfast room. The hotel's location near a busy tram stop made it super easy to get around the city. The hotel was also very close to the city market, making it convenient for shopping.

The attention to detail in the decor and amenities is remarkable. The artwork really catches your eye. Exceptionally comfortable beds. The lobby is equally impressive, with tasteful furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I rang the bell, the staff was extremely friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile. The check-in experience alone was worth a 10/10. I was escorted for welcome drinks in the bar with a garden view. The location is fantastic and the hotel is beautifully refurbished. The staff even went the extra mile to help me celebrate my birthday, which made me feel very special. The interior design is top-notch, and I loved the canal view from my room. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like some noise from the street and a small room, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a superb experience.
